If you want to send your form submissions to your database, preferably for MySQL, then you can do this using our Post Method. Here's our full guide on how to implement this to your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP. It requires a knowledge in PHP, but we can always help you just in case something is too technical for you.
As for displaying the submission to your website, it's either you will process the data using our Submission View App (http://apps.jotform.com/app/submission_view). This app will let you configure a custom view for your form submissions. Or, create a grid listing report or HTML table report and embed it to your website. This method is the easiest. Here are the guides:
Lastly, you can do all these things using our API: http://api.jotform.com/docs/. It still require a knowledge with PHP and some other programmings. You might need to hire someone in order to do this to your form/data.
