We are seeing if jot form will work as a solution for us. We imported our old form last week and it never got listed under our forms. I imported it again today.

You have the following thread a few days ago and my colleague gave you the guide on how to properly import the PDF form to your account:
The import process shouldn't take that long since you have imported a single form only. Did you provide the same email address from your account when importing the form? Or are you using another? If you are using another email address then please let us know the address here so we can check it. Right now, I can't find any using your current information such as the IP Address.
I would also like to request to please send us the PDF form so we can check it. Send it here as a link or attached to email, email@example.com.

I emailed the form.
Submit process works fine, but the form never appears in my forms.

I took a look at the email, but looking at your account I can see only that the emails of files being taken to be created have been sent to you - not any that tells how the file was imported.
Could you please forward us that email - that says that your file was imported, not the ones stating this: "WE ARE IMPORTING YOUR PDF FORMS This may take a couple of days..." so that we can properly check them out.
I did start the import for you again so as soon as it is available I will update you here - I will confirm this to you over email as well, but would recommend to reply here.

Sorry for confusion. We never get an email that the form has been imported. We always get the email that the form is being uploaded and may take a couple days.
