Zoho Message: EXCEEDED_MAXIMUM_ALLOWED_AUTHTOKENS

    Dear Carina,

     

    I had to test some issues with the integration and at one point ended up receiving the following message: EXCEEDED_MAXIMUM_ALLOWED_AUTHTOKENS

    I generated a new Application Specific Password as per your instructions above, but the problem persists. Is there a way around this?

    Hello Miika

    Please try to log in to https://accounts.zoho.com  > Click Active Authtoken > Remove unwanted Authtoken.
    This should allow you to generate new authtoken. 

    Let us know if the problem persists.
