    Hi,

    I'm sure there is something in your browser that affects your access to our website. Please check your browser extensions/plugins. Also, we don't put ads to our website and forms so I'm sure you have been infected with adwares to your current browser.

    Please try running your browser in safe mode, add-ons disabled. 

    For Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode.

    For Google Chrome: http://webproeducation.org/2015/01/open-google-chrome-safe-mode/

     

    I would also suggest cleaning your computer with viruses/adwares using this tool: https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/. I highly recommend this for removing adwares that cannot be cleaned with your current antivirus.

    Hi Welvin,

    Thanks so much for reaching out. I have tried both of the options you have outlined above, on a few different browsers, and they all have yielded the same result: I am able to log in to access my list of forms, however, I am unable to physically click on each form to view their submissions or edit them or anything.

    The adware software you forwarded me was able to remove several dozens of potential adware from my PC, however as I mentioned, it still did not change what I am currently experiencing.

    Are there any other solutions you can provide for me? Or is there someone else on your Support Team you can forward this situation to for additional insight, perhaps?

    Our website requires Javascript, although you were able to login, but please kindly check so just in case it is disabled for some reason. You can use this website to check: http://www.activatejavascript.org/.

    I would also suggest clearing your browsing preferences, that includes cookies, caches, offline site data and cache files. This should help.
