Forms submissions not forwarding.

    Hello -

    Completed forms are supposed to forward to info@funovation.com but they aren't doing that.

    How can I fix this issue?

    Hey Katie:

     

    What your problem might be is that you haven't properly set up the form completion email system. To do this you can simply go into the form and click the Emails icon, and from there add a new notifier. Just set it up to send to the email you would like.     Your email address was in our bounce list, I have removed it from there. Please try again, and for you to know, you can also check if your email address used for submission notifications is in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list

    In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.
