    Hi,

    Sorry for that and thank you for the response.

    If you could also notify users when we successfully sent a question. It seems there is no notification on that and confuse us in the process. Or I am just missing something?

    I believe there's no email notification when you first post a question here, this is because it initially opens the thread where you can see your first post. The succeeding replies on the thread or post will, however, notify you via email. You can also navigate to the Forum section and you'll see the "My Questions" button to keep track of them.

    In my case, after a posting a new question, it does not redirect me to the thread. Please note that I have checked the "keep this question private thing." Thanks tho.
