not embedding on wordpress theme??

I've never had an issue but now the form will not display on my sites. I can't get it to embed on a page either. It'll embed on a different site but not these sites below that have the same theme.

So your form was embedded on both of your sites and now it is not working? Is that what you mean?

I have checked both of your website links above which you provided and I can confirm that I do not currently see any forms displayed on either of them.

Looking more into this I then found it happened was because your account was suspended by our system. I don't currently see any issues with it on our end so I have reactivated your account and we do apologize about the inconvenience.

Your forms should now be working on your site again.

Thanks! I was going crazy over here! Any idea why my account suspended? 

Our phishing detector system reviews thousand of form each day, it may flag a good form as a phishing form, sometimes due to untitled forms, but your forms have been already white-listed to avoid this from happening again.
