How to disable IP Addresses on submissions?

Our IT department is concerned about the capturing of IP addresses when a form is submitted.  Is it possible to de activate this feature?  Is the IP addresses secure?  If you have any information you can provide to show that this info is secure, etc. would be great.  

Once you have gone  to MYFORMS, selected your form, and clicked on Submissions, click on the gear icon and uncheck the IP option, so the IP will not be shown:

On regards of the security of the info, let me tell you that Jotform has a very powerful cloud of servers whose storage is encrypted and provides security protection against malicious attacks like SQL injection and denial of service (DDOS) attacks.

So we provide a high security standard through out our hosting provider's servers for data storage.
