how to I email a form to a client?

Probably I got you wrong, you may be referring to sharing your form so the client can fill the four out. You can get the form's direct link and email it, simply:

1) Log it to your jotform account.

2) Click on MYFORMS.

3) Click on Edit form.

Then click on Embed Form, and copy the Direct link:

In this way, you will send the link from you email account, the client will click on the link and the form will be loaded in the browser.
