Back office capabilities on abstract submittal form

    I have a number of questions about how we process the data we receive from an abstract submission form.

    Can I add fields that say "Administrative Use Only 1" and "Administrative Use Only 2" that can be redefined as I build the program? For instance, if an abstract is accepted for presentation Friday at 9 a.m., can I, after I have closed abstract submission redefine "Administrative Use Only 1" as "Date" and Administrative Use Only 2" as time?

    We cannot change the field types on existing fields, but you can change, delete and add additional form fields at any time. Note, when you delete a field, associated submission data for that field is being deleted too.
