How do I terminate the service?

The next bill date is 12th May, and I want to terminate, how to do that? Please advise. Thank you.

I checked our records and it appears as though you have a PayPal based subscription.  Cancellation of these subscription are not yet automated so the best way to ensure yours is cancelled would be to cancel it from within your PayPal account.

(1) Login to your Paypal Account

(2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

(3) Click the subscription number for that transaction

(4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

This will cancel your subscription.
