Can I export the Payee info fields (name, address) into an excel spreadsheet that doesn't group all of that info together?

I want to send thank you letters and would like to be able to merge the data I've collected so I don't have to recreate all of the data for 106 letters.  Is there a way to export each data point?  Like first name, last name, street address all as seperate fields.  Does that make sense?

Hi Suzanne,

Unfortunately if you meant form the payment tools, you will not be able to separate into column the data output when downloaded to Excel or spreadsheet data file.

But what you may want to try working on is passing a custom data from the payment tool (i.e. paypal) to a custom filed... this way you will be able to capture the payment info field into a separate column. The limitation to this is it is only up to one custom field only.
