    MerchantOne integration in Authorize.net emulator mode.

    However, we're now trying to set this up and running into some issues. We're using MerchantOne. When the account information is entered as instructed, we get a response that the id or password is invalid. I've logged into the actual merchantone website using these credentials and they work there so....

    Hello Sholomb,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    You get this error message because you seems to have input your MerchantOne login credentials in the Authorize.Net payment question. I am not sure if this is the right way to use Authorize.Net in Emulator for MerchantOne.

    I spoke to MerchantOne today and they are not aware of any issues related to JotForm. I have their attention and they're ready to help. What can we do to get this moving?

    Hi,

    Upon checking the status of the ticket, it is still "open" but someone in the development team is already assigned on it and is marked as "Important". Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide a time frame for this, but rest assure that they are already working on it.

    I appreciate the feedback and the priority flag. Unfortunately our go-live deadline is Thursday which means, for yet another year, we'll need to look at other options.

     

    As someone who sets up forms and further automation for other companies, it's important for me to find a good form provider who can support all the payment processors (or at least many) of the ones that my customers are using. I appreciate the efforts to add MerchantOne but it seems a bit half baked. Let's get it right ASAP....

    Still doesn't work. I even tried the test credentials from MerchantOne and I still get errors about logging in.
