If in the last thank you custom page, there is a lot of HTML elements.
Would it be possible if I get a Parameter just like GET Parameter works?
And Lastly, Would it be possible if... inside the thank you custom page, i have a script of jquery?
Because My purpose is once the form is submitted, and user go to thank you custom page, it should update a link inside it.
For example if user submit data to :
http://submit.jotform.me/submit/51255531601445/?link=http://www.w.com
I want the variable passed could be retrieved,
and also be processed in the thank you custom page.

I am not sure exactly what you want to achieve but I don't think it's possible for Javascript/jQuery to read post data variables. Server side scripting languages such as PHP, ASP, PERL, Java, etc. are the ones that can read post data variables.
If you have e.g www.mywebsite.com/thankyoupage.php , you can use the option "Send POST Data" and the information in your submission will be easily fetched by your PHP script.
Here's the basic setup for "Thank You Page" option.

Here's the guide on how to Send POST Data from JotForm to a PHP custom thank you page.

In case that you want to have some query string on custom thank you page when user submits then you can follow instruction provided on this thread:
