instant quotes

Hi, following this link; http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51134617233952?  I would like to make an instant quote form for business cards to be consist of: ''Types of cards'' and ''Quantity''.

Types of cards will include: Premium cards, raised print, spot gloss, personal cards, folded cards, networking cards, appointment cards, parents cards.

Quantity will include: 250, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 5000, 10,000.

After choosing the types and quantity, I need a quote to be displayed based on pricing (each type and quantity has a different price)

After that, the user will be prompt to pay for the order he placed.

I'm finding difficulties setting up this form, as each card type and quantity has different pricing.

Can you please explain step-by-step how can I do this.
