My account is suspended, I don't know why, I received below email today:

Our automatic phishing detection system has suspended your JotForm account. Your forms are currently disabled.

If you would like us to review this decision please reply to this email and provide these information:

Describe the purpose of your forms. If you have asked for username or password in one of your forms, please describe the reason. Provide the URL of your web site where you use these forms.

We will try to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Need help how to recover this?

    Hello.

Your account seems to have been suspended by our automatic anti-phishing filter, because you've used a "Facebook Username" field.

As it doesn't seem that you intended to perform any phishing, I have activated your account. Please try to avoid using our forms to collect private or sensitive data from your customers, as that will always trigger our anti-phishing system.

Please understand that we had to take these measures to protect users of our forms, and our customers. If you want to read more information about this, please take a look at the following post:

Your account should be working again. Please let us know if you need any help, or if there are any other issues.

    With kind regards,
    Boris.
