How do I make a multi-page form?

    I would like to make a multi-page form and have the widget installed to do so, but I haven't been able to figure it out. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Yes you are able to make multi-page forms. 

    Easy way to do this;

    Adding page breakers in to your form that is located under Survey Tools.
