I have a Premium Yearly subscription, and one of my form users is unable to upload their video which is a .mov file 127MB. I've tried two things - 1) changing the max file size in the Edit Form place, but after I save, close the window, and reopen Jotform, the max file size has gone back to the default 1024kb. 2) After the user submitted the form, I tried to Edit the submission and upload the video file myself, but it would not let me do it.
Can you help?

I see that the upload fields on your JotForm are set to receive less than 5MB (4.88 MB).
I've tried cloning your JotForm and set two different upload fields to receive 100MB and 200MB. Once the form is saved, it seems to be working fine at my end. Please be noted that the value entered in the Max File Size property is in Kilo bytes. So, if you want to receive 100MB the value should be entered as 102400 since 1MB is equal to 1024 KB.
Please make sure that you are logged into your JotForm account and open the JotForm to edit. Also, please ensure that you are clicking on OK after you change the file upload size.
You may also change the Maximum file size limit from the upload field properties.
