Do subusers get the same number of submission as account holders?

As long as the form was created under the main account, it will have the upgraded submission limits.  If the form is created IN the sub-users account (note that forms can be created from the sub user in the main account) it will not have access to the upgraded limits.  So as long as it is created under the upgraded account and then shared with the sub user, the form will indeed have the upgraded limits.
