Signing in problem

    I can`t sign in. "Forgot password" feature says, that there no such user.

    I`ve registred and made a new form. Some pepople have succesfully filled it, but yesterday one of them catched an error: 
    "Temporarily Unavailable We are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience."

    How can I get my account? or at least saw the results?

    P.S. also I haven`t got an e-mail with registration confirm.

    Your JotForm username should be tjumpandexru, and your email address is tump@yandex.ru. i have sent instructions on how to reset your password in another email message in case you forgot your password. Please check your inbox for this message.
