How to change upload file size limit?

i have reps in the field that need to upload pictures they take from their phone. your site says it cant accept files larger than 1024Kb. i'll pay for the service, i just dont know if your upgraded services can provide me with that service. please advise. i will continue to look. i need this.

You can actually change the allowed file size limit for the uploads. Please see this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit. You can see in that guide that we allow max 1GB per file upload. However, please do take note that there are limitations on the upload storage of your account itself. To learn more about the limits or difference between our free and paid plans, please check our pricing page. For free plan, we allow a total of 100 MB upload storage space.
