Unable to select an option from the dropdown on embedded form

please see the form below:  i am not able to select a "Primary Agent" from the dropdown

It seems that you have embedded your JotForm on one of your webpages using Javascript method which may be conflicting with other scripts on your webpage. As I check the form using direct URL, it seems to be working fine at my end. If you are experiencing the issue on an embedded form, please try re-embedding the form using iframe method.
