I'd like to transfer/clone all forms to username "jsah"

I received this from your support team when my coworker, Jason Sah reached out because he couldn't transfer forms and add permissions to certain users:

"It is not possible to to move forms to your account from other account from your side. We can do that for you, but that request must come from account which is owner of those forms. In your case I see that someone is sharing forms with you and the owner of the shared forms need to make that request."

I understand that you want to move all the forms from the account cg12er to other account jsah. I see that cg12er is holding a premium subscription plan with 15 JotForms. Also, I notice that there are 4 JotForms are occupying a storage space of around 280MB with uploaded files through submissions. Before we move the JotForms from one account to another, let us inform you that the files uploaded to the forms cannot be moved to the new account and submissions can only be moved. However, you'll be able to access the files by changing the user name to old account in the file URL.

If you need to cancel or downgrade the account cg12er to free subscription the account shall be suspended since free accounts are allotted to store only 100MB of files. Alternatively, to have a backup you may download the files that are uploaded to this account by using the method described in the guide below :

Also, please be noted that if you have embedded or shared any custom URLs for the JotForms in the account you'll need to re-embed or share the URL with new username. Please confirm so that we can proceed further to move the forms to the new account.

Hi Kiran,

Basically we are looking to just clone the forms.  We do not want to cancel or downgrade the cg12er account at all.  I'm looking to have the same forms on my account, jsah.  All submissoins and attachments through the current forms can stay put under cg12er.
