Smooth Signature widget not loaded when two of them are one after another

I have a contract form that should show a signature box at the bottom.  The words for the box show up when I send the form but not the box for signing.

I took a look at your jotform and I have experienced the same where two smooth signatures did not work properly when both were on the same form. There were also no errors shown that would indicate that anything is wrong (that would cause it to be missing).

I have replaced the Smooth Signature widget with E-Signature widget and it seems to be working properly for me.

If it is, you can simply clone it to your account by following these steps: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL or just replace the two fields.

I will also raise this to our developers to take a look at why the 2nd one would not load properly so once there are updates to this, you will be updated about it through this thread.

Thank you.  Funny enough, after I posted this question I searched around and found some other people with the same issue so I switched from E-Signature to the Smooth Signature and then it seemed to work fine.

I checked the smooth signature widget and it does appear to be working correctly now.  Even when multiple are placed one after another.  If they are still not loading on your end, let us know and we will be happy to re-open this ticket.
