Text field's text aligment to center and changing of font style and color is not working

Why won't it let me center align my text in the text field ? I see that there should be a way to set the alignment to the center as well as to change the text color, but it won't let me highlight any of those buttons and click them to enable those changes... Is there a bug in the system today? I've been able to do this before on different forms with no problems, but I haven't been able to after multiple attempts today... Please advise ASAP

Based on what you have written, I presume that your error is related to the Form Designer - that these options in Form Designer are not available to you?

If so please do let us know what is the form and if the same issue is still showing to you after clearing your browsers cache (or alternatively trying another browser, such as FireFox).
