I would like to give someone access to a form that I created last year for our parent survey. How can I give them the form?

Last year I created a parent survey form for our Christian Day School. I am no longer part of that organization and the person that took over for me would love to use that form. How would I be able to give them that form to use under their own JotForm account?

Only us from the support team will be able to fully transfer the form including the existing data from one jotform account to another.

Please tell us which of your form you wanted to transferred, AND the jotform account you wanted it transferred to.
