When i receive my form via email there is a field which is hyper linked.

Clicking on this link takes me to a photo.

Is there anyway within jotform that i can check each link.

Otherwise i need to send myself200 contact forms to check them ha ha

    Please advise.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

You can also view them in the View Submissions page.

Follow this user guide on -How-to-view-Submissions

I dont think that is my answer.

If you look at my form there is a field called reference number, the customer makes a selection and the field is then complete.

I then receive the form, click on the selection which is hyperlinked and taken to an image.

I need to check all these reference number links.

Ok I understand what you mean now.

In  your jotform http://www.jotformeu.com/form/40122641705342 notification email, you have added a link to the Part Number field the completes a URL to a page.

Unfortunately, there is no way to view ALL submissions all at once using on the the submission email. The submission email of the form is being sent only every time the form is submitted.

The only way to view all submissions of the form  is in the View Submission page.

We can make a workaround to easily add another field that will create the URL link with the Part Number included and make it available also when in the View Submission page.

Here is how to do it.

You can clone my demo form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51267109375962?

    user guide: -How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

The workaround works when I test my demo form.

In the View Submission page, I can now view within the submission data the same URL link that you setup on the email.

I am looking at your info above but where is the wizard found ?

Or please allow me to clone the correct form once the hidden field etc has been applied to it.

I forgot to mention that the wizard you were looking for is the Condition Wizard.

I use the Conditions option on top.. and I used the option Update a form field value

Looking on the submissions section on your site i do see the url link.

What you have kindly done is what i have already set up.

My original question was is there a way to check that each link is correct & working.

It is because the Notification E-mail in the form was not updated.

If you open your form Notification Email, you will see that the URL Link field is not included.

I suggest you create a new Notification E-mail also to make sure everything is included from the form.

Use the Add New Email button in the Email Alerts

My original question was is there a way to check that each link is correct & working.

Are you saying that when you click on the link in the View Submission page, it is not working?

I just checked it and the URL Link is working.

you might be wondering why the previous submissions doesn't have the same URL Link.. it is because of this

How to Add external link in submission data to view image that is base on a field in the form Image 3 Screenshot 82

this is similar to the old Notification E-mail in your form.. the URL Link is not included in the message body, which is the reason you cannot see it in the submission email

As already suggested, you should create a new Notification Email also

and this will fix the issue.

    Thanks.

I am sorry, but it had become very confusing already.

Please try to describe your process in a numbered steps and I will try to follow the steps to understand what it is you were trying to achieve.

Basically without sending say 200 forms via email with every reference number on so i can check they all work was there a way to avoid the 200 emails ?

Clarify why you will need to send 200 emails.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    We will try again.

I have say 200 items for sale on my web page.

Customer selects an item & then i receive the contact form.

On the contact form is a url link.

When i click on this link i am taken to the item they wish to purchase.

    ...................

Because i have updated my site i have added new items for sale.

    My question is,

I need to find out if all the links are now correct & match the item for sale.

I cant wait for 200 customers to send me forms where i then click on the url link only then to find that link is broken or the link does not match the item correctly.

Thus how can i check all links.

I don't think there is an automatic way to check the links. If all the items are saved in the same place, i.e. http://http://www.mysite.com/sale ) then the workaround suggested by Jonathan will not work.

I would recommend that all the items to be in the same location. Then in order to test I would replace the {partnumber} with several real part numbers to see if everything it's working fine.

If all the items are in the same location I believe it's not necessary to test all the 200 links.
