I am glad to hear that you like JotForm and working with it.

Now in regards to your issue, I am looking at your hotmail email and all emails are being sent to it and we are not receiving any errors of blocked emails or any similar so from what we can tell they are delivered without any issues.

Your AOL email was however in our bounce list due to this reason:

Reason(s) : smtp;521 5.2.1 : (DMARC) This message failed DMARC Evaluation for an AOL Domain. For more information please visit http://postmaster-blog.aol.com/2014/04/22/aol-mail-updates-dmarc-policy-to-reject/

This is caused by setting the email to be sent from your own email. You should set it to be sent from noreply@jotform.com instead and it should work for you.

Please take a look at this guide: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues and do let us know how it goes.
