I'm unable to clone a form

Hi - I created a Jotform in my overall client account and realized this particular client will have enough form replies to justify having their own account - bottom line is that when I attempt to clone the form into his account, I get this error message which I don't understand because I know it is a Jotform.

Is there another way to "clone" a form from one account to another?

It seems like you were able to clone the form since I found this one: http://www.jotform.us/form/51267336445154 in your account which looks the same.
