Why did all my forms disappear when I downgraded from paid service?

    Great! Glad to see that you are now able to see all your JotForms in your account. 

    As I check your account, I notice that your account is occupying more than 1GB of storage space with the files uploaded through your JotForms. Please be noted that the storage space allotted for a Free plan is 100 MB only. Since you have now downgraded to Free plan, you'll need to clear the storage space. You may consider taking a backup of your submissions to a Google Spreadsheet or export submissions to Excel/CSV from Reports section.

    The files uploaded through the forms may be downloaded by following the guide below :

    Thanks Kiran! I re-upgraded the same day, realizing we still need to process more submissions than originally expected. Is all our information still safe?

    I see that the account is now holding Premium status and scheduled to downgrade by June 8th 2015. The information on your account is safe. If the account is tagged as overlimit, the account will be disabled but information shall not be deleted. The information can only be deleted by you or by any sub-accounts that you have shared your JotForms.

    It does help, but we don't want to downgrade just yet - and we already re-upgraded and paid. I guess the message hasn't gotten through yet? We don't want them to downgrade by June 8th, not at all!
