How to limit the max value in textbox

Asked by mbas123 on May 07, 2015 at 08:17 PM

I want to limit the user to input his valid age. I want to display a message when he input his age like 500 which is not a valid age there should be a message displaying it isn't valid. This is to limit a garbage data going into my form.

    Hi mbas123,

Thanks for contacting us. In order to achieve this functionality, you will need to utilize the Number field instead of a plain Textbox field. (I cloned and checked your form , the Age field is a Textbox). Please see steps below on how to use Number field and how to set a max value.

That should solve your problem. Here is what it looks like on my test form. You may clone it and use it as a guide.
