Mt clients complaining that the captcha won't appear

Hello, I've had more than one client complain tell me they cannot fill out my forms because the captcha won't appear...thus they can't type anything in.   I had to delete this field for now because I don't want to p!ss off my clients.  But I also don't want to get 500 emails from china selling cr4p either.  Can you please help me fix this conundrum?  Thanks

I think that your problem might just have been one thing, unless you have tried it, please close the browser. (On a Mac, quit the program.)  Then reopen it, go back to your form editor, and add the CAPTCHA again.  I hope this was helpful, if you need anything else, please contact me at 825orion@gmail.com.

I'm not sure this answer helped.  This problem isn't that I can't get the captcha to appear...It's my customers. I've never had a problem filling out the form on my computer (2009 iMac) for customers who don't use the computer very well.  But the whole point of having the form is to get the customer to fill it out at their convenience.  I've heard from more than one person say the captcha doesn't appear for them.  

I placed a NoScript widget at the top of the form and I assumed that this widget would present an alert if their browser isn't compatible.

So, the answer is I have to tell them to close their browsers (after they spent their time filling out a fairly lengthy form) and start over?   I can't do that....they are already peeved as it is.

I have checked a cloned copy of your form from the provided URL and it seems it has no captcha element.

Is it the same URL that clients use to submit  the data, kindly try adding a captcha widget.
