Looking for a widget that can multiply a group of fields

Asked by Anastasia_ld on May 08, 2015 at 12:17 AM

Hi. I have seen some field multiplier widgets but they only duplicate one field at the time. I would like to know how to multiply a group of fields. Right now i am usign conditionals to make it but it would be nicer to have a quicker way to do it.

    Example fields

    Name

    Date of Birth

    Gender

    What the widget does:

    Name

    Name

    Date of birth

    Date of birth

    ....

    What i want to have:

    Name

    Date of birth

    Gender

    Name

    Date of Birth

    Gender

    Thank you!

There are few such widgets and I believe that you will like them:

    1. Configurable list widget
    2. Infinite List widget.

The configurable list widget is much more advanced and has more fields that you can use on it so this is the one I would personally go for.

Now packing all that awesomeness means that this power tool requires an instruction manual to go with it. While you might think that it makes it difficult based because of that, it does not and it is quite simple once you get used to it.

This is its manual: How to Set Up the Configurable List Widget

The infinite list is basic, but I like that when you save a field it is rendered in such a way that you can select it and copy it if needed, while not fear of making any changes since to make changes you must click edit button (sort of confirmation).
