It's happening with many of my forms when the 30 person submission is reached:

I have had to remove that form link above but have kept the data so you can see when you fill out and select to pay by cheque and submit that the form shows as unvailable.

Based on what you have mentioned I had presumed that it is due to limits and I believe that you have most likely cloned some forms so that it is easier to improve them further.

This resulted in a limit being cloned from one form to another as well.

You can easily change this by typing No Limit as it is written right under it.

If you go to Preferences and then click on Form Limits and change the Submission Limit field.

You should apply this to all forms that show you the same error and once you do they would be available once again.
