The bottom part of a form is cut of in some mobile devices

I have a widget-created checkbox for agreement to terms and conditions in my form.  On the desktop all is well, however on my mobile/phone view, only the checkbox and not the "Agree to terms and conditions" language can be viewed.  Any suggestions?

    Thank you

    Hello mcross.

I have taken a look at your form, and there appears to be no specific style or reason that would hide the "I agree to terms and conditions" text, on any screen size, desktop or mobile. In fact, this is how it should display on a mobile phone:

Could you please check on another phone? Maybe the issue you are seeing is specific to the phone that you are looking on. Please let us know, we would love to get this resolved for you - but we can't seem to reproduce the issue.

    Kind regards,
    Boris

Thank you for your reply.  When I try another phone (different make and service provider), I do see the terms and conditions, however, the two fields below (question and payment) both do not show.  I am not sure what to think, except to cross my fingers that my customers do not experience this.  :-)

Thank you for your any thoughts you might have.

I am glad that it is working for you on another phone and I agree with what my colleague Boris mentioned, but would like to check with you if you are accessing the form directly: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51180608861960 or is it embedded on your website?

Also if you can tell u the make and model as mentioned by Boris, we might be able to test it further and offer a solution to the issue.

Thank you Ben.  My phone is a Motorola-something, and the other tested is a Samsung-something.  I am not so fluent on phone types.. My apologies.

The form is accessed via a direct link (new window opens) from my website.

While I do hope that potential customers can view the entire form without issue for this website, my real hope is that this test, so to speak, works for what is going to be a different company launch this year.  I would be excited to use jotform if it works, as I have found the design and customer service aspects excellent.

    Thank you

Thank you for the extra details and no worries, you told me just as much as I understand :D

When it comes to mobile devices, I am familiar mostly with the company name and not much of the rest unless it is needed, so Motorola and Samsung = good with me :)

My colleague that has Motorola was online now and he made a check and saw the submit button without any issues.

When form was checked over Samsung, it seemed to bring same result (properly shown).

Now based on my quick research both Motorola and Samsung seem to have a WebKit based browser, so they should be similar - depending on their versions.

I presume that you are either using some other browser (not the default one) or that it might be outdated version.

This could also happen if the form is not loaded completely - if your connection breaks suddenly.

Even though we can not recreate the issue at this time, I will check with few of my other colleagues as well as they come online to see if we are able to recreate the issue - if possible as it would allow us to see the issue and possibly find the cause.
