The email notifications aren't going through to my clients email address. Do you why this may be?

    I have set up 2 forms for use on a clients website. Both virtually indentical, but slightly different. The email notifications are coming though fine on 1, but not on the other. If I change the email address to mine they come straight through, but then on my other email address they again disappear. They're not going into any junk folders. Do you know of any glitches with this?

    We apologize for your inconvenience. Can you please add these ip addresses to your mail provider's whitelist?

    If this still doesn't work, please do let us know. so we can investigate further.
