We have tried to get new login - still not working - we just got a mail informing us that our username was petersensfamiliehave and that the login was changed - we didnt change it.
Please send new login for the account so that we can upgrade before its too late

I am sorry to hear you are not able to login your account.
I have checked your account and the username petersensfamiliehave, it is not changed.
I would appreciate your trying to login one more time, using that username, if you still can not login please get back to us, if it is possible for you to include a screenshot or to tell us if any particular message pop up.
