Is there a way we can have the number of submissions received be included in the subject line or message of the response email we receive?

    Hi,

    Currently there is not a total submission number in response mails.

    You can check how many submissions a form have on your My Forms Submissions Page  http://www.jotform.com/submissions

    There should also be e-mail notification every time your form is submitted, you can refer to the e-mail counts for the submission count.

    Also in My Forms page http://www.jotform.com/myforms/ you can view the total submission a form have.
