The Submissions are not being captured

    Hello,

     

    We have created a new form yesterday and the form is showing that we have a submission but when I go to submissions there is nothing there. Is this a problem on our end or yours?

    I am assuming this is for your form 'Clone of SWSLOT October' ? 

    We arent suffering from any broad system issues that would have caused anything like this, but i do see the new submission notification with no corresponding submission on that particular form.

    Can you please forward the submission notification email to our email address just to see if its helps us work what may be going on?

    Can you try this:

     

    'The database on secure.jotform.com may sometimes take some time to replicate back to www.jotform.com. You can always log into https://secure.jotform.com and access the submissions.'
