how can a customer download a form

I want to make a form so that it can be accessed by numerous clients and they can download it.

Our forms are available to all your users via the web version.  Just send them a link to your form and they can fill it out whenever they would like.  To see the URL of your form, you can select preview, on the form builder:

Or you can select embed form:

This can be accessed by all of your clients at the same time.
