Hide some heading and text inside of submissions

When viewing submissions, you have the option to show all Headers/Text and to Hide Empty Fields. I have both of those options selected. Additionally, I want to hide Headers/Text that correspond with empty fields.   The way it is now with all of the empty fields hidden I have a long list of Headers/Text at the bottom of the submission page.

    Thank you!

Unfortunately it is not possible to hide some headings. If the option to show Headers and Text is checked inside of submissions it will show all Headers and Texts.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Can you think of a work-around way to create a heading without it actually being a "Heading"?

    Hello bnordstrom,

Well if you want to create a heading which is actually not a heading, then you should use "Text" field instead of heading field. Please check the screenshot below:

You can customize the look of text field by taking advantage of the toolbar or you can also inject custom css code in your form as well.

    Thank you!

Using text doesn't solve my problem because both Headers and Text are a part of that option:

"When viewing submissions, you have the option to show all Headers/Text and to Hide Empty Fields. I have both of those options selected. Additionally, I want to hide Headers/Text that correspond with empty fields.   The way it is now with all of the empty fields hidden I have a long list of Headers/Text at the bottom of the submission page."

I tried using Widgets instead, why won't my widgets show up in the submissions?

I am not sure that there is a way to include a header without including it in your submission data when headers and text are included.  I tried a few different methods but I could not find a way to add a header without it being seen as a header by our system.  It seems, at least from my testing, that it is not possible to selectively include headers.  It is either an all or nothing type deal.

Widgets for the most part will not work since they function differently than all other fields.  They will not be included in the submission data no matter what unless they collect data.  Even then, only the data will be included, not the widget itself.
