Theme Designer is STILL NOT WORKING

Everytime I click on Theme designer, it will not open up. It spins and spins and spins and spins and spins in the loading page and NEVER loads... PLEASE HELP. this is my third request

If I understood correctly, the "Themes" option is not loading, is the one shown below?:

I have gone ahead and tested opening this "Themes" option in different browsers, IE, Safari, Chrome, Torch and all them took only 10 seconds to completely load .

I strongly recommend you to try also clear your browsers cache and cookies, and then try again to open the "Themes" option.

Just to let you know that you should be able to edit your forms now in the form/theme designer. There's a single form in your account which shows a NaN value, it's a kind of an error. I forgot to take a screenshot before I have it deleted from your forms/trash folder.

Can you check and confirm this? I was able to do it so I believe you should be able to do it now ;) Here's a screenshot of your form:
