I have a free account and would like to accept PayPal payments but is there a limited number of payments I can accept through the form?

Yes, free account is limited to only 10 Payment Submissions per month. Note that this is the total from all forms you have. If you need more than this, you will have to upgrade your account or you are free to wait until the next monthly scheduled reset.
