Duplicate form submissions

I've received 2 duplicate form submissions out of 7 in the past 4 days. I just wondered if you can check to be sure there isn't some kind of error with the program. I don't want to use up all my available submission some unreported error.

    Otherwise, I love JotForm!

    Thanks,

    Dijon

It is possible that the user who filled up your form missed putting his "Height" when he submitted his first entry, that is why he needed to submit another one. I have checked your form and you didn't set the "Height" field "Required".

Not sure if you intended to do that, but I would suggest for you to set the "Height" field required also so things like this might not happen again next time.

Another thing that I would like to point out, for you to avoid multiple submissions, is setting your Unique Submission option under Form Limits of the Preferences tool to either Loose Check or Strict Check.

Loose Check - uses Cookies to prevent multiple submissions, however, one can bypass this by clearing his browser's cookies or by using a different browser to submit your form.

Strict Check - uses IP address to prevent multiple submissions and this is a very effective solution to prevent spammers.
