Currently when I click on view orders, there is a table at the bottom showing all orders. If I wanted to edit the table, I need to download as a spreadsheet, csv, or pdf. Is there any way to edit that list view directly (w/o downloading) and at the same time those edits would update individual forms? This is something that was a great tool in Adobe Forms Central.

Yes you can edit a record without downloading the entire list by using the edit button under submissions
Select your desired form and click on submissions
under submissions, navigate to the record you want to update then click the edit button
Modify your entries then click on the submit button to save the changes
Hope this address your question.

Thanks. I'd like to edit the actual table, not each individual form; too cumbersome. Is that possible?

I'm afraid the ability to edit the table is not available ate the moment, you will have to download the data as an excel file and edit it.
Another approach is to integrate your form with Google spreadsheet so that the submissions can be sent to a spreadsheet in your Google drive which you can modify in the Google docs section.
This guide will outline for you how you can achieve this: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

Thanks. Not available at this moment? Does that mean maybe in the near future, this may be a functionality to look forward to?

Hi,
If you edit the actual submission using the "Edit" button, the change will appear in the grid list below.
However, if you are looking on a way to just directly edit the submissions in the actual grid list, we can send a feature request on this and escalate it to our developers. But please do take note that we cannot guarantee that this will be implemented anytime sooner or even be considered, this will depend on our developers.
Do let us know what you think of it.
Thank you.

We are hoping to edit the the submissions on the actual grid list. This was a function we had in FormsCentral and was a tremendous help! We'd appreciate a submission to your developers for this functionality. Thank you very much :)

I've submitted your request to our back end team so they can evaluate it.
As mentioned by @Charlie we cannot provide an ETA or assure that this will be actually implemented. But we'll notify you here for any updates we have on this matter.
