I'm an Infusionsoft user. We're looking at JotForm's capacity for File Uploads. I understand that JotForm does not upload the File into Infusionsoft...it uploads a link to the file that's hosted on your server, correct?
I would like to be able to get the real file uploaded somewhere...if I integrate JotForm with DropBox, will the full file be uploaded there?
And does JotForm allow the ability to automatically rename file uploads?

To answer your first question, yes the file uploaded in our server will also be uploaded directly to the file sharing storage service that you integrated, in this case Dropbox. Here's the guide on how to integrate it: http://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm. You can also set up custom unique IDs for submissions uploaded via Dropbox, here's a guide on that: http://www.jotform.com/help/255-How-to-setup-folders-using-UniqueID-in-Dropbox.
You might also be interested in using other similar file sharing services found in our Apps page here: http://apps.jotform.com/category/file_sharing_and_storage.
If you have your own server, you can also send your submissions with files uploaded on them via FTP, here's a guide that you can follow: http://www.jotform.com/help/177-How-to-Enable-FTP-on-Form-Submissions.
For the second question, unfortunately, files cannot be renamed. Although, the folder can be customized as I mentioned in one of the guides above.
