Unable to receive email notifications

    when testing in jotform, i receive the emails and when we put the form on the website, nothing comes through.

    I have submitted your form and inside of our mail log I see that submission is sent successfully.

     

    Please check your spam folders.

    Also you can try to whitelisting JotMail IP addresses.
