How to show complete form in email body?

Hi, I want the complete Form in the notification email. Not only the fields filled inn.
How to do?

Just to clarify, you would like the form design/layout to be displayed in the email body instead?

If that is the case, you can do that by fully customizing the email body using the HTML editor.

However, not all email service provider will display the email body as you have designed it, some restricts content like images embedded on it.
