I just received an email that my JotForm account is almost up to 10 submissions this month, however I am no longer on the free account, I am paying $10 a month and should be able to receive 1000 submissions. Can you please let me know why I received this email?

We are apologize for incontinence you had. I am not sure why you got this email. I have checked your account and it is PREMIUM type of account. You are able to receive 1000 submissions.
We will check with our team why this happened and we will inform you about possible reason.

Have you this issue any more times since you reported it? I think this might have been a one-off bug related to some database connectivity issues we were having around this time.
Can you please confirm you have not received any emails like this since then?
