I was trying to sign up but always the system said that it was a mistake and as soon as I fixed it'll say that the email was already registered, I try with 2 different emails and happen the same stuff...please..What Do I do?

I have checked your email address and I noticed that there are two accounts with that email address.
Considering that there are two accounts connected to email address that you are using are you sure that you did not sign up already?
If you have forgot your password, you can reset your password in the jotform login page, and the instructions will be sent to your email.
